Tom plunks down $35 mil for new house
Tom Cruise has bought a seven-bedroom Beverly Hills estate for an estimated $35 million. According to insiders, the 70-year-old home was not actually up for sale when the War of the Worlds star made his offer. The new pad will replace the Beverly Hills home Cruise has been renting for the past four years, and will house wife Katie Holmes, children Suri, Connor, and Isabella, as well as his sister
