Nicole Richie dropped by KIIS FM this morning to chat with Ryan Seacrest about rehab rumors, Paris Hilton's jail sentence and her own DUI arrest. Richie says the rehab rumors surfaced earlier this month because she was not photographed for over a week while she was "on tour with Joel," her beau from Good Charlotte. She described Hilton as "scarred" about going to prison, and is nervous she may be
