Nicole back in rehab?
Reports may be circulating that Nicole Richie is back in rehab, but her rep insists the Simple Life star is doing fine at home. The National Enquirer and Star mag claim Richie is getting outpatient treatment for anorexia and substance abuse from the Beau Monde Treatment Center in Corona Del Mar, and are running pictures of the skinny star entering the facility on May 19.
