Trial date set for Nicole
Nicole Richie's lawyer appeared in court today to announce that the Simple Life star hopes to beat her DUI charges. Richie confessed to smoking pot and taking Vicodin before her arrest last December for driving the wrong way on an LA freeway. With a prior DUI, the skinny starlet faces a minimum of 5 days in jail if convicted. A trial date was set for July 11.source
