Lindsay sued over year-old car accident
Lindsay Lohan has been sued by Grandeur Inc. over claims the rehabbing starlet crashed into a company van in October 2005. According to papers filed in small claims court last month, Grandeur is seeking $3,624.84 in damages sustained when Lohan reportedly crashed her Mercedes into the parked van. Lohan's rep has not issued a comment on the claims.source
