Laguna Beach star in jail for 3 days
Laguna Beach star Jessica Smith spent almost three full days in the slammer after her arrest on Monday for suspicion of DUI and causing "great bodily injury" in a crash on the Santa Ana Freeway. Smith has just been released from an Orange County jail after being charged with two misdemeanor counts of DUI. Sources say that despite the Laguna Beach alum's bail being reduced from $100,000 to $5,000
