Price slashed on Spederline house
Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have slashed the price of their Malibu estate. The seven-bedroom mansion was put on the market in January for $13.5 million, but was dropped to $11.9 million late last week. Spears bought the Serra Retreat property for $6.9 million in 2004.source
