Things seem to be over between Penelope Cruz and Orlando Bloom - and the Oscar nominee has bounced back with Lucky Number Sleven star Josh Hartnett. The two were spotted canoodling at the Parrot Cay resort in Turks and Caicos last week. The private Caribbean island resort is popular with celebs - Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore were also seen at the resort's restaurant.source
