Nick Lachey named in basketball lawsuit
Nick Lachey is among a group of celebs being sued by a woman claiming she was cheated out of owning a lucrative basketball franchise. The woman claims she entered into a contract with a company owned by A.J. Discala (Lachey's pal and ex-husband to Jamie Lynn Sigler) to become acting president of "Hollywood Fame" - a new bball team - and receive 10% of the franchise's stock. In court papers, the
